However, I want you to love what you receive! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or the shipping carrier confirms it was lost in transit, I will replace the items free of charge.

To request a replacement:

2. Include your order number.
3. Provide photo proof of the damage or mistake (for damaged items)
4. If the carrier marks the package as lost, I will verify with the carrier before resending.

I ship worldwide using Wix's Shippo integration. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and customers may select their preferred carrier and speed.

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days before shipment. Shipping time is in addition to the processing time and depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.
